This is a civil action wherein the plaintiff vendor seeks damages for the breach by the defendant for the breach by the defendant vendee of a contract for the sale of real estate. The defendant filed a counterclaim in which he sought the return of his deposit. A jury trial was held in the Seperior Court. The jury found for the defendant and judgment followed.
