This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction on a one count indictment charging appellant with violating the Federal Firearms Act of 1947.1 The indictment charged appellant with violating 15 U.S.C.A. § 902(e), which makes it a crime for a person who had been convicted previously of a crime punishable by imprisonment of one year or more to transport or cause to be transported in interstate or foreign commerce...
