Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered after the court sustained without leave to amend a general demurrer to her second amended complaint to establish her status as a stockholder of defendant, on the ground that the action was barred by the statute of limitations (Code Civ. Proc., § 338, subd. 3). The only question on appeal is whether the running of the statute was tolled by plaintiff's ignorance...
