This is a suit in which plaintiff seeks to enjoin defendant from allegedly violating the terms of a written agreement made between the parties. A copy of the agreement as set forth in plaintiff's brief is attached at the end of this opinion. We have eliminated certain parts of the agreement that are not essential to this opinion.
