This is an action on a rejected creditor's claim against an estate for wages and reimbursement of expenses claimed to be owing plaintiff by decedent. The district court of Missoula County, the Hon. E. Gardner Brownlee, district judge sitting without a jury, granted judgment to plaintiff for the full amount of her claim together with an award of attorney's fees to plaintiff's attorney.
