Appellant, Walter Gloyne, was convicted on four counts of larceny on April 21, 1970, in the district court of the twelfth judicial district, county of Blaine, the Hon. Bernard W. Thomas presiding with a jury. The information, filed on October 28, 1969, charged appellant with five counts of larceny of cattle, on or about September 1, 1969.
