Plaintiffs' apartment house was damaged by fire while under construction. They brought action against the plumbing contractor and his employee. The trial court submitted one specification of negligence to the jury which returned a defendants' verdict. Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment entered thereon claiming the trial court erred in refusing to submit the theory of res ipsa loquitur and other specifications...
