This cause is in this court on appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Pickaway County on a verdict of a jury finding defendant guilty of first degree murder. Mercy was recommended. The cause was tried in Pickaway County on a motion for change of venue from Lawrence County where the murder is alleged to have taken place.
