WATSON, Justice.

On July 14, 1967, Local No. 1563 of the International Association of Machinists and Aero Space Workers, AFL-CIO, struck the workings of the employer, Kennecott Copper Corporation, Chino Mines Division, at Hurley and Santa Rita, Grant County, New Mexico.
