The matter is an appeal from the dismissal of a petition for the writ of habeas corpus brought under 14 M.R.S.A. § 5502 et seq. in which Petitioner sought to set aside his conviction in 1960 on separate counts one of which charged grand larceny and the other a prior conviction and sentence to the State Prison. As the Single Justice in the Superior Court found that all matters raised as grounds for relief in the petition either had been adjudicated...
