PER CURIAM.

On this appeal by the defendant below from a judgment of conviction of the crimes of robbery and assault, the contention presented is that the trial court erred in denying the request of the defendant to call a witness on his behalf. Upon consideration thereof in the light of the record and briefs we conclude that the contention is not borne out by the record.
