The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners (Board) appeals from a judgment ordering issuance of a peremptory writ of mandate that Board set aside its decision to suspend for 60 days the chiropractic licenses of Eugene, Luverne and Wayne Anderson and Raymond Null (petitioners).
