This is an action by a stevedore to recover the balance due from a vessel and her owners for stevedoring services. Southern Stevedoring Company, Inc. ("Stevedore" hereafter) is the plaintiff. The S.S. HELLENIC WAVE and her owners, Hellenic Lines, Ltd., are the defendants.
