This appeal arises out of an action wherein the State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Bob Vinzant, County Attorney of Rogers County, Oklahoma, sought recovery against Floyd E. Cumby and Maryland National Insurance Company upon three allegedly forfeited criminal appearance bonds.
