Sanders, plaintiff and defendant, respectively, in this partition suit, have appealed a judgment against them in solido in favor of Robert C. Warren ordering the return of his deposit of $1,750.00 paid at public auction, together with legal interest from date of judicial demand until paid, the payment of $500.00 attorneys' fees, and all costs...
