These cases were consolidated in the lower court and have so remained on appeal. They result from a vehicular accident which occurred on the western or down ramp of the Huey P. Long-Mississippi River Bridge in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Plaintiff Earl A. Rolling, a Jefferson Parish Deputy Sheriff, was traveling on said bridge in a westerly direction, driving a Pontiac sedan owned by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Department. Defendant Walter C...
