The appeal in this case was originally transmitted to the Court of Appeals and by that court transferred to this court because one of the grounds of enumerated error related to the refusal of the court to consider an amendment to the complaint seeking a reformation of the contract sued on. Upon examination of the record, it appears that the notice of appeal was timely filed on February 28, 1969. The transcript was not filed until November 13, 1969...
