Two issues are raised on this appeal: (1) Whether an appraiser who appraised the property as to fair market value but for tax purposes was properly permitted to testify as to fair market value of the condemned property; and (2) whether the trial court erred in permitting examination of the plaintiff as to net income received from operating the property condemned.
