A complaint and warrant were issued against defendant, charging that he did break and enter with intent to commit larceny therein a certain building, to wit: Robinson's Super City. CL 1948, § 750.110, as amended by PA 1964, No 133 (Stat Ann 1965 Cum Supp § 28.305). Following his arrest, an examination was held and defendant was bound over to the circuit court.
