COLLINS, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from denial of a pretrial application for habeas corpus. We affirm that ruling.
On April 3, 1969, appellants were gambling patrons at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, where they engaged in playing a card game known as "Blackjack" or "21" while sitting next to each other at the table.
