The above-captioned action in trespass was commenced on September 6, 1968, by the issuance of a writ of summons which was served on defendant, Earl J. Ensminger, on September 9, 1968, on defendant, Betty Stevens, on September 12, 1968, and on defendant, Melvin L. Bland, on October 30, 1968. Plaintiff was ruled to file a complaint on October 31, 1969, and in accordance with the rule the complaint was filed on November 21, 1969,
