The appellant, a longshoreman, appeals from a second adverse judgment on his claim for personal injuries.

Following an earlier judgment dismissing plaintiff's claim against the vessel owner and the vessel owner's claim against the impleaded stevedore, the plaintiff appealed, and this court reversed on grounds not material.1 On remand the District Court entered findings and conclusions in favor of the vessel...
