This case arises under G.L.c. 251 (the Uniform Arbitration Act for Commercial Disputes), inserted by St. 1960, c. 374. On November 1, 1965, Holmsten Refrigeration, Inc. (appellee) and Refrigeration Storage Center, Inc. (appellant) entered into a sales contract which provided that any controversy arising therefrom would be settled by arbitration. A controversy did arise and it was submitted to three arbitrators...
