This is an appeal from an order setting aside a verdict for plaintiff and granting a new trial.

On September 28, 1967, plaintiff, Willie Tate, was employed by defendants Cecil and Roberta Rommel as a farm laborer. He was injured while driving defendants' Jeep pickup. The complaint alleges defendants were negligent in supplying plaintiff with a dangerous and defective vehicle with which to perform his duties. Defendants answered, denying negligence...
