The question upon this appeal is whether the search of an automobile without a warrant was reasonable. Upon trial of defendant for the crime of possession of burglary tools, the trial judge, Philip A. Hadsell, held that the search was reasonable and admitted in evidence the items seized. Defendant was found guilty by a jury and was sentenced by the trial judge on November 10, 1966.
