OPINION

ERWIN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a sentence of two years' imprisonment imposed on appellant for his conviction upon his plea of guilty to the crime of sale of marijuana in violation of AS 17.12.110.

In the recent case of State v. Chaney, 477 P.2d 441 (Alaska 1970), this court noted that the following objectives are included within the goals of Alaska constitutional provisions concerning penal administration...
