As we construe the pleadings filed in this case, the purpose is to recover damages for a civil conspiracy under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985.1 The complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma on August 19, 1968, twelve years after the alleged cause of action arose. The trial court held that the action was barred by the two-year Oklahoma statute of limitations...
