The defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of involuntary manslaughter with an automobile while engaged in the unlawful acts of speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, and driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to three years' confinement in the State Penal System. The appeal is from the judgment of conviction and sentence after motion for new trial was filed and denied. Error is enumerated on (1) the insufficiency of the evidence...
