The pending controversies resulted when two automobiles collided at a street intersection. The driver of the Ford Thunderbird (son of the owner) sued the driver of the Rambler for damages for personal injuries. The Rambler driver counterclaimed for property damage. The owner of the Ford sued the driver-owner of the Rambler for property damage. The two cases were consolidated for trial. The verdicts and judgments were against all three claimants...
