This is a suit for personal injuries and wrongful death based upon the alleged negligence of Billy Ray Miller, driver-employee for defendant, Wanda Petroleum Company. On October 29, 1967, the plaintiff, Mrs. Lily Benson, and her husband, Merrel Benson, now deceased, were riding in an automobile which they owned, but which automobile was being operated by Thurman C. Porter near the city of Ranger, Eastland County, Texas, when their vehicle collided...
