On September 20, 1955 Ida Quirk, plaintiff Kelly's predecessor in interest, leased wheat land to defendants Leonard and Arthur Schorzman. The lessor retained for herself and her successors in interest the right to reenter during the last year of the Schorzmans' tenancy, and prepare the land for the next year's harvest. The lease was "for ten years, commencing January 1st, 1956, and ending December 31, 1966, ..." (Italics ours.) Alta Kelly...
