This is an appeal from an order overruling defendant's plea of privilege.

Plaintiff Dowlearn sued twenty five directors of Great Southwest Life Insurance Company, in Dallas County, for damages, for alleged fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and dissemination of false information in connection with the operation of the Company.
