On March 6, 1967, Dr. Loren Pritchard Guy filed a bill of complaint against his wife, Frances Alexandra Guy, in which he sought a divorce from the bond of matrimony on the ground that the parties had lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for two years, as provided by Code, § 20-91(9).
