This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Janice Cacek, a widow, from an order granting judgment on the pleadings in favor of the defendants, Theodore E. Boucher and Donna L. Boucher.

The complaint, filed on July 1, 1968, seeks alternative relief. The first request seeks to quiet title in plaintiff to certain property and alleges:

That heretofore in cause no. 153924 the above named defendants did bring suit against the plaintiff and her deceased...
