The order herein under review is the latest in a 30-month history of petitioner's problems before the juvenile court.1 She was first before the court as a runaway from home in the fall of 1966. At that time, she was found to be a dependent child under subdivision (a) of section 600 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.2 Those proceedings
