The appellant sues for breach of her contract of employment as a school teacher with the respondent. The affidavit and supporting papers submitted on behalf of the respondent were insufficient to support the motion for summary judgment. It is to be noted that the affidavit on behalf of the defendant by its attorney as reproduced in the present record is both unsigned and unsworn. However, we do not rely upon that apparent defect.
