An appellee, Wahby, was found to have been the procuring cause of the sale of a high rise apartment building (Edwards Way) situated in Montgomery County. The appellant Damazo was the controlling stockholder and president of Willowbrook Development Company, Inc. (Willowbrook), which held title to Edwards Way.
