This appeal is from the denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Decker, at the time of the commission of the crime, was fifteen years of age and upon his plea of guilty to a charge of murder was sentenced on January 20, 1960 to a term of life imprisonment.
