This is an appeal from the grant of summary judgment to appellee Insurance Company in a suit under a so-called "business interruption" policy for loss due to the restriction of business hours and the sale of alcoholic beverages pursuant to a curfew and municipal regulations imposed during the civil disorders of April 1968 in this city.
