This is an appeal by defendant Pizza, from judgment of $31,000, for plaintiff Tiffany, in a products liability case.

Plaintiff purchase, sued defendant manufacturer-seller, of a dough rolling machine, for injuries sustained, when his fingers were crushed in the rollers, while operating the machine.
