Plaintiff, widow of D. C. Norred, late an employee of L. J. Alexander, seeks to recover, of the employer's insurer, workmen's compensation plus penalties and attorney's fees due because of Norred's death from alleged accidental causes arising out of and during the course and scope of his employment. Plaintiff seeks, also, to recover hospital and medical expenses incurred in the treatment of her husband's injuries...
