Order modified by (1) striking therefrom the third, fourth and sixth decretal paragraphs and (2) adding thereto a decretal provision that the cross claim of Gale-Oppenheimer against the Franklin National Bank insofar as it is in excess of $78.03 is severed. As so modified, order affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs. Judgment affirmed, without costs.
