An appeal by defendant Charles O'Neill from the same judgment has not been perfected and is deemed abandoned. Interlocutory judgment reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, and new trial granted as between plaintiffs Herman Barrett, Sarah Barrett and Aaron Twersky and defendants Tuchman, Rosenberg and Artistic Reproductions, Inc., limited to the issues of liability, with costs to abide the event. The questions of fact have not been considered. It was reversible error...
