Thabet as father and next friend of Janie Jeanette Thabet and Scott Alan Thabet, infants, and in his own right along with Alice Roush Thabet, hereinafter sometimes referred to as relators, against Diane Pursley Thabet, hereinafter sometimes referred to as respondent.
