This case originated as an action to foreclose a real estate mortgage and a security agreement. In decreeing foreclosure, the chancery court held that appellants had not succeeded in showing that the note evidencing the debt secured was void for usury. We find that the preponderance of the evidence supports the chancellor's decree. We also find the court's holding that appellee had a right to foreclosure...
