This suit was filed in the Tax Court to reverse and modify an order by the Department of Revenue under which the assessed value of the ZX Ranch for the tax year 1968-69 was reduced from $3,405,730, as established by the Lake County Board of Equalization, to $2,364,570. The Tax Court affirmed the order of the Department of Revenue, except as modified by increasing the valuation to $2,627,270. Plaintiff appeals...
