This is an action commenced on September 7, 1965, by the Secretary under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., to enjoin defendant from violating the Act's equal pay provisions by maintaining a wage differential between men and women in five departments of its plant in Rogers, Arkansas.
