MEMORANDUM OPINION

This action is before the Court on motion to dismiss the amended complaint filed by defendant, Ingram Corporation.

Plaintiff, as the mother and only living parent of William Isaac Stevens, a seaman, brought this action for damages for his alleged wrongful death against four defendants, Ingram Corporation, Greenville Marine Service, Inc., Security Towing Co., Inc., and Security Barge Line.
