Appellant was convicted of maliciously shooting into an occupied automobile and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for three years. KRS 435.170.

The sole ground urged for reversal of the conviction is that the Commonwealth's attorney made a prejudicial closing argument to the jury. We look at the evidence so that we can evaluate the contention in its proper perspective...
