Defendant Raymond J. Wise has filed a petition for writ of error coram nobis to vacate the judgment of conviction entered against him in this cause on June 29, 1964. Mr. Wise was named and convicted as a co-defendant of National Dairy in Counts XI, XII, and XIII of the indictment.
